The shipping on your first order is free!
You will not be charge for shipping on your first order with our company!

No matter your location, we will pay for National or International UPS Next Day Air shipping on your first order.

Shipping Methods:

Our preferred method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS). This is beneficial as you will get a better rate from UPS and shipping will be more accurate. You can use any shipping method with UPS as you desire. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Fashion 2 Gadgets. If a shipment is delivered late by UPS, please contact UPS customer support to resolve the issue.

If you do not have a UPS account, a shipping fee will be added to your order. If you prefer another shipping method, please provide us with your carrier name and your account number with them.

Shipping Rates:

Standard shipping - between 5-7 working days: $29.00 (UK and USA)
Standard shipping - between 7-10 working days: $35.00 (Outside UK and USA)
UPS Express - 2 days (if payment confirmation is made until 4 PM - Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) -0700 UTC): $69.00 (UK and USA)
UPS Express - 3 days (if payment confirmation is made until 4 PM - Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) -0700 UTC): $99.00 (Outside UK and USA)

International Orders:

We ship internationally via USPS or UPS.
NOTE: There will be no custom charges for EU Customers. We will deliver you the products from our E.U. Branch.

Shipping Times:

The last shipment of every day is sent out at 3:30pm Arizona Time. Arrangements can be made to ship on the same day you order as long as the order is placed before 2pm Arizona Time.

Returns:

If the shipped fail to function and are not the fault of the customer or the shipping company, the customer is entitled to a free replacement. Please send the fault parts back prior to receiving the replacement(s).

The shipping carrier has returned my order/package to Fashion 2 Gadgets. What happens now?

Once we receive the package, we'll send you a full refund, including any shipping costs you may have paid. If you paid via check or money order, we'll send you a check for the full amount.

A Return Merchandise Authorization number will then be automatically generated by our system, and an email notification will be sent to notify you of the returned merchandise.
